Easy to use and understand. The practice exams were harder than the final, which is perfect!

The material was informative, verbal commentary helpful, and overall content substantive. There seemed to be redundancy at times that was unnecessary. Will look forward to 2026 courses for sure. Dennia

We appreciate your feedback. Navigating this can be complex, and we acknowledge the need for support to succeed. We are here to help you along the way.
Wasn’t posted on site that a class that I purchased was only approved for CE credits if taken within 2 weeks. The site said that I had well into 2026 to take it. Then I get an email stating to use it immediately by 12/19. I reached out to customer service and they claimed it was a “duplicate” request and didn’t help me. Still waiting for a reply and an offering to switch it to a different course. I also don’t like that many of their courses are READ only with zero audio. They have no customer service agents available on weekends when I am off and trying to complete courses. Their chat bot is useless. Other providers of CE do more.

We regret that the CE course access and customer service experience did not meet your expectations. We appreciate you bringing the discrepancy in the course deadline and the lack of weekend support to our attention. We're also sorry for the 'duplicate' claim. Your feedback regarding the course format is valuable. We'll review your comments to improve our services.
This years course felt longer than previous years, or I am getting older.
