Dear Amy, We sincerely apologize for your recent experience and appreciate your feedback. Based on your comments, we have taken steps to improve our service response time. Moving forward, we guarantee that all customers will receive a reply within 24 hours, and we are striving to provide even faster, real-time responses whenever possible. Regarding your order, we’ve investigated the details, and it appears that you purchased an extra-large 120" Solitaire Linear Chandelier. As this is a custom chandelier, production needs to be arranged at the factory, which may result in a longer delivery time. Here is the timeline of your order: Order placed: November 29, 2024 Order signed for delivery: February 11, 2025 Total delivery cycle: 2 months and 12 days This delivery timeline is in line with our policy for custom chandeliers, and we hope this clarifies the situation. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out. We are happy to assist and ensure your satisfaction. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
