Wonderful company to deal with. Great communication. Beautiful products. My dinner service arrived well ahead of the expected time. Very well packed. I would completely trust and buy from this company again.

Vancasso really surprised me with the amazing costumer service!! I had such a good support when I had troubles with the delivery service (DPD). The communication with Bella was fast, super friendly and easy! We found a perfect solution and finally I am happy with my new colourful plates. :) Thank you so much!

I love my Vancasso Dinner ware. My husband bought a 12-piece set for me for Christmas, and I needed more, so ordered, they came quick and they are not only beautiful but made very well. Love this brand, love my plates. Will be buying for my aunt and mom, they keep complimenting my Vancasso!!

Je passe commande. Désastre Collissimo. J’en informe Vancasso. Très aimable et prompt. Colis reçu très très en retard. Par contre Service de table magnifique. Je recommande. Merci à Bella pour les mails.

I placed an order and immediately emailed the company to cancel the order due to wrong color. They did not respond the first time. By the time I sent the second email they had already shipped the item. I have to pay 50% of the shipping cost to return it. I will never deal with this company again.
