For me worked great arrived on time and good customer service

My 2nd review of Value Research Labs. Now that I have placed 7 or 8 orders my opinions have NOT changed. They have just about every research pep available. My particular studies require 8 different peptides. All are always on hand. All have viable COA's. All arrive within 2 to 3 business days, triple packed. Prices are outstanding...I should know, I have bought from 5 other vendors. What sets them apart is the CS. I have had inquires and they're answered same day. The replies are genuine and kind. These are the type of folks I want to deal with.

I’ve ordered from Value Research Labs five times now, and I’ve been extremely happy with my experience. Their prices alone are enough to keep me coming back, but what has really impressed me is their customer service. Kenzie Kraemer has been especially helpful. She’s quick to respond, knowledgeable, and has always been great to work with. I even had an issue with shipping on one of my orders, and Kenzie and the team went above and beyond to make it right. That kind of customer service really stands out. Between the great pricing, quick and helpful support, and the way they take care of their customers when there’s an issue, they’ve definitely earned my repeat business. Highly recommend!

The prices are solid, the shipping is fast. The products seem legit. They work, not for sure if they are exactly as advertised but are effective. Has a better than average rewards program. Ships out of Florida.

Kenzie was originally very helpful but then basically said I didn’t know how their promotion worked. That was strike one, and the issue was… you HAVE TO put in 3 of your product in the cart to get the free third item. Instead of saying apologies I will see about getting that clarified or eased with advertising, they called me out and said I was wrong. I am here spending money and trying to get you to honor your promotion I am not wrong! Your website just works different than a customer anticipated. Meaning others could have and will have that issue. I was helping them. Then instead of just sending my vials they missed, she said what do you want… so I picked! Big mistake! She is holding that over my head like she did me a favor, now that I have a real issue! I ordered 3-400$ worth of product and didn’t get it! Said delivered to a box but WE DONT HAVE ONE. So I explained and they were able to “send” another one. I had got suspicious since I received no tracking this time.. ok no biggie I can wait… I inquire, they send me one, says nothing has been shipped yet. In that time I made another order. I got the woo commerce or whatever thier third party confirmation, tracking… HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED BY UPS TO SEND TO ME. So I inquire, explain I’m upset, they have yet to send me my product. It is sitting with them and I have waited now7 days for my order, when I checked the 2-3 day shipping box both times with both orders. They not only Blame you for hiring bad shippers, Kenzie in particular said she didn’t know how else to help me and would cancel my order after I said I would back charge if I didn’t get my product or tracking.. I have a new order set to be here and I know when. I have a lost shipment and have no idea where it is, it was for my mother and I look really bad to everyone. So it’s only fair everyone knows how easy they are to deal with if they forget something or LOSE YOUR STUFF! NIGHTMARE

Customer service and shipping is important but when the product doesn’t work then you don’t get return orders! I thought I would try your GLP3 20mg. Absolutely nothing compared to the last one I ordered. I guess you get what you pay for. I’m hungry again. I can eat without pushing it away and feeling disgusted. My glucose is very high! I stopped losing weight and I increased my does insanely.

Shipping was quick 3 days, did my research check third party for this company’s testing coa they match what they show online bought small vial to test the waters so far even tho is only been a few days I can say it’s doing its do

I purchased some supplies from value and had issues with the shipping. Wasn’t Values issue but Kenzie stepped in and went far and beyond solving the problem. I can’t say enough about there product and pricing… Thanks again
