I first met Val in 2008 when he applied to join the senior Yeomanry Cavalry Regiment in the UK. He excelled during basic training and immediately after represented his unit on the highly prestigious Cambrian Patrol competition achieving the coveted Bronze Medal, the highest the level Squadron has ever achieved. In 2012 he qualified as a civilian Personal Trainer and in 2015 he completed the (British) Army Physical Training Instructors course. Val developed a successful business where he delivered personalised training for rehabilitation and health improvement in addition to assisting other individuals looking to lose weight, build muscle or improve general fitness. Within the Squadron Val delivered level appropriate training and advice to individuals who were looking to join the Army Reserves, but were struggling with their initial fitness assessments, through to the more elite members of the unit. Val experience makes him a uniquely qualified and very competent trainer, and I still call on his skills to assist our recruits with their basic fitness levels. Val helped me achieve my personal fitness goals. He helped me by providing me with in person and online coaching, consisting of a training plan, diet plan and a lot of motivation and support. Whenever I was lacking motivation he was only a message away.

Having worked with val for many years I can safely say that I’m content with my shape and size!! His knowledge around muscle building, strength and weight loss is so vast that during our time working together I was able to achieve any goal I set. Aside from the training and nutritional support from me, he was always very good and keeping me motivated and focused on what fitness related goal I had. Val, thank you for everything you have done for me. Im much more confident and my life has been changed for the better. D

I'm based in the UK. so most of my PT sessions are remote, but that doesn't stop Val. Even from a distance he shairs his knowledge, encuragement and guidence to drive you towards your goals.

Valerii inspired me with my fitness and strength training and has changed my life in so many ways these past 18 or so years through training with him. One of the most complete fitness professionals I have known
