I ordered 2 perfumes from this company on 23 December and paid in full. It has now been close to 2 months and my order has still not been delivered. I have contacted customer service multiple times but received no helpful response. This is very frustrating and unacceptable. Customers should not have to wait this long or be ignored after paying.

Never received my order. No way to contact customer service, and you kept charging my account without my permission. I definitely would not support them.

I have tried contacting them so many times. I have sent emails and even called multiple times. They say they was 24/7. They also attempted to take 39.99 off my card and then tried to take 34.99. Thank god my card was locked so it didnt take. I order from them February 3rd 2026 it confirmed my order all that. I still have not gotten an update nor an tracking number. This is by far the worst I have ever had to deal with.

I made a purchase on Feb. 8, still have not received my order. I have called and contacted them. No answer and now they are trying to charge me a monthly subscription that I never authorized! Can someone help me please?

the comments are true def a scam I ordered 2 sprays for my son for Valentines day and never got it they sent me a tracking number that does not exist. called and called no answer and when I received a call back they just sit there phone muted . its frustrating because they scamming people out there money . emailing them never works no one responds. I even looked the address up and it sends me to an apartment complex. then they are charging me $39 twice for one purchase I did not subscribe or agree I contacted my bank please do not order from them the should be shut down!!!!!

I'm having a terrible experience with vallore.com. They charged me for an order I never received, and to make matters worse, they've charged me three times for a membership I didn't sign up for. I've emailed them multiple times to cancel the membership, but they keep saying it's been cancelled, only to charge me again. Now, I'm unable to delete my payment method from their website, and I'm getting frustrated 😑.

Unable to cancel anything and unlink my info from this company… I was just charged $39.99 for a subscription that I did not sign up for many days after I attempted to order a product from this company…. I didn’t try to contact 24 hours support and was sent to a voicemail with no promising. Returned phone call… I’ve contacted my bank and submitted a dispute… this site is highly not recommended

Lost my money !! It's a complete scam. After placing the order there was not updates and when I asked about that they said they lost the package in shipping. I have already asked for a refund a month ago, and there has still no response. The customer service is very bad, as they keep answering that they have noticed the concerned people. Also, they charged an $ 56 cad of subscription fee which I have not signed for. Biggest Scam⚠️⚠️
