I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER OR GIFTS I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK, WHY WOULD YOU WANT A REVIEW FOR SOMETHING NEVER RECEIVED THIS SEEMS LIKE A SCAM!!!!

This is a SCAM!! I paid for my order and it never arrived! On my tracking it says that it was delivered which is a lie! I sent an email to customer service and provided them my receipt. They replied back asking me to give them a 5-star review and then send them back a screenshot of my order so that they can that I am a legitimate person. This is insane and want my money back!

Would never recommend this company they won’t refund my money and they laughed at me for getting socks instead

Great product

I never received my order. Also, funds were withdrawn from my bank account twice without my permission after purchase. I requested a refund and was told that I had to fill out this survey in order to get my refund. Now I am expecting my entire refund.

I ordered cologne on 10/4/25. My package was supposed to be delivered within 5-7 business days. I still haven't receives my product and it's 11/3/25. I'm waiting on my email response from customer service, as the phone line is never open.

Never received my products and I want my products I paid for or my money back ASAP
