Product came in a timely manner and was exactly what I ordered

Valley Vet had an outstanding sale on a product I needed. Their prices are always excellent and they ship things right away. I use them for all my equine needs that they can meet.

The HomeAgain scanner I ordered did not work when it arrived. Instead of allowing me to send it back to you in a straightforward manner, I spent an hour on the phone with your company speaking to various people. They then gave me a number for the manufacturer and told me I could not send it back to you. By then it was 5pm and the manufacturer office was closed. The manufacturer office was supposed to call me the next day but they didn't. I did not have time to call again until a few days later. The manufacturer did agree to send me a replacement, which I have received, along with a shipping label to return the defective product. I think that if a customer receives a defective product there should be a straightforward way to return the product to Valley Vet, and you can handle the return to the manufacturer. We all live busy lives and we do not have an hour to spend every time something arrives that is defective. Thank you for listening to my comments.

The length of time it took to get my order was not acceptable. Since it included a pain relief medicine and fly spray it was needed quickly. Combine that with the attitude of Customer service after being a customer for over 30 years I'm done.
