Excellent service, value and customer service!

One of the vaccine injections was blown up in the package. I had to purchase a new one from my vet. The other 2 were good.

no one contacted me to say that they were suspending shipment pending approval of sales tax from me. No email, no call, nothing. I called them when I didn't get any notification on shipment as I needed the meds and they advised me that is what they were waiting for. Poor customer service, especially on heart meds that are needed. I had to call, no outreach at all. When I complained to the CSR, they gave no apology, just said that is what they do.

Very easy ordering! I had a question about availability and where to find a product I was looking for. I called and received excellent customer service! My RX order arrived exactly on time!
