Scheduled consult and then tried to cancel wayyyy before consult appointment and they would not respond or give my money back. Everything is automated response system not a person. I would not recommend. People need to to feel they can trust at the very start . I couldn’t even get anyone to reschedule the appointment. Already hard to get the meds and they’re just taking money.

The company has no way to actually talk to a person only text on there time. Prices are higher then need be and everything requires more and more labs even if you already have current labs. Company is clearly money driven better qualify hormone clinics out there. But they have certain meds that others don't so is what it is.

It works! Helpful consulting

Before signing up and booking an appointment with Valhalla Vitality I tried to get information about the average monthly costs. I understand that this depends on the dosage I will need but also know that there are certain protocols that were followed. The information I received was not at all consistent with what I later had to pay. I told customer service about it and they told me the price would be for 20mg of the medication, but when I purchased them, there was no 20mg option at all that I could have chosen. Customer service then started arguing with me repeating the same useless information over and over again. I cannot say anything further, as I have not received my medication yet. The appointment with "my provider" was lame to say the best. She did not sound motivated at all and I barely got my questions answered. So far not what I expected. UPDATE: Why would I reach out again? I have multiple times already…

I just started VV. 8 days ago with my My first consult which I choose to be over the phone. It took about 5 mins because I am already up to 5mg. I should be in 7.5 but had a health issue. Anyway I finally got a message that my meds are approved and sent to pharmacy and being processed. Now I have to wait another 10 days to be shipped and processed. I go by reviews and they were all good. I never had to wait this long. I got zepbound pen in less time at my local rite aid. I switched to compound due to my insurance not covering my wt loss meds. I realize establishments get overwhelmed. I can only imagine. Then stop with all the advertising especially in FB. I know if doctors are overwhelmed they stop taking new patients. If you can’t keep up with the patient load now. Then stop taking in new patients. I’m not sure if VV doses their meds in 3 month supplies for all meds. My tirz is a 3 month supply. I’m glad I have a little extra to hold me over while I wait. What would have happened if I didn’t have extra to hold me over? I would have been up the creek. Once I have meds in hand I will add to this review. Wish I had a positive review

Same here as previously stated. They went AWOL entirely. Over a week processing and no answer for numerous contacts. Unacceptable!

I've been using them for a few months and they have been fine. However, when my last order was submitted it has never moved. It's been stuck at processing for over a week. Even after emailing and messaging I get no answers. Of course they have already charged my card and got their money. I've got one shot left and then will be out which is going to force me to go somewhere else and dispute the charge with my credit card company. It's really a hassle and inconvenience. Communication from their side would be really nice. Edit to add::: they did reach out to me and apologized and said they were "back logged". I have already paid for my script but will end up switching after this.
