I have been using Valhalla Vitality for a few months now and can honestly say their untimely service and ineffective products are underwhelming. I have found that there are far better clinics that are cheaper, much more timely, and have more effective products out there in my search so far. The sign up experience was very easy with Valhalla and their refund on a product was pretty good. I ordered two sublingual batches of a medication that was ultimately ineffective. I tried to order the pill form of the same medication due to it being ineffective and was sent another sublingual batch which had not been approved by the physician. I reached out to customer service to let them know i received the wrong form of the medication and was informed that my order had not been approved for the pill form and that they did not know why i had received this order from the pharmacy. It took them three days to investigate the situation just to tell me again that I should not have received the order and that I also would not be getting the pill form I had ordered because I went over my 90 day order limit. The order limit was not previously stated to me, but I also let them know I wanted the pill form because the sublingual tabs did not work. However, that did not make a difference. I was issued a refund which was pretty timely, but that does not fix the issue I had to begin with. That is pretty ineffective medical care. I have since made an order for another medication and two weeks after it had been approved (complete) I reached out to customer service to see where my order was at. I was contacted back later that day and informed that my prescription was never submitted to the pharmacy and that they apologized and have taken the appropriate action to rectify the situation. Once again ineffective medical care. I have sent the sublingual tabs to an independent testing facility and am paying out of pocket to have see if my suspicions are confirmed that they are under dosed and will do the same with this order should it ever arrive. This will be the last time I use their service and have found another clinic with the same selection of medications, a far better medical experience, and lightning fast service & shipping.

I have been with Valhalla for almost a year. I have not had any issues with getting my GLP1. Very responsive and helpful.

I recently contacted Valhalla Vitality regarding product received that needed to be cold packed. When received, it was poorly packaged, cold pack was thawed and product was warm. Representative made an excuse, tried to tell me that product didn't really need to be cold packed. Sure..... Wouldn't refund or replace. Subsequently, I contacted my Dr. and local pharmacist, product does need to be cold packed, they instructed me not to use product received warm. I will be cancelling.

It's a really easy website to use. The prices are decent and customer service is very good.

I waited 2 weeks on my prescription and texted customer service to see if they could track the package. The response I got back was "the Pharmacy never received the prescription". When I logged on to my Valhalla Vitality account and checked the order it showed "completed" though meaning the Pharmacy had received the prescription and was filling it. I am not happy at all about this 2 week delay.
