First off, I’d like to say I’ve been using Valhalla Vitality for almost two years now. Up until about 6 months ago, they were great. My past three orders have had issues. The first, the pharmacy “never got it”, and after 10 days I checked in, to which that’s what they told me. I then had to wait additional time to get my order. The second order I paid for expedited processing, but it still took forever. This recent order, same thing. It’s now going on 10 days (they approved my order 5 whole days after I placed it) and when I reached out, they said they’d get back to me in 24 business hours. Which is 3 whole days. For someone paying extra for expedited processing and continually not receiving their order any earlier than usual, this is terrible business practice. What’s worse, is having to wait 3 business days to hear back. This will most likely be my last order with them. Disappointed. * Update. It’s now been 3 business days since I inquired about my order (they told me they’d get back to me in 3 business days) that’s now been pending 10 business days. (I paid for expedited shipping). Customer service said they’ll “look into my concern, and get back to me during business hours”. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! * 2nd Update* They finally answered my text and refunded my expedited shipping cost, but did not answer where my order is. I've now had to reach out a 4th time to inquire about my order. It seems they answer the positive reviews on here, but make no effort to reach out to the customers that post negative experiences. That should tell you something.

Twice I have ordered tirzepatide from Valhalla Vitality. The first time I orders and paid for 60 mg. Instead I only got 20 mg! I didn’t realize it immediately, until I was running out of the 20 mg that I didn’t realize was only that amount. I reached out to them and they insisted I got the right amount. Doubting myself, I went ahead and ordered another 40 mg. Just now received my order and AGAIN, I received only 20 mg!!! I’m furious, as I have paid for a total of 100 mg and have only received 40mg!!! If not corrected by sending me the right amount or refunding me for 60 mg I didn’t receive, I will file a suit!

For example, a 40mg order is provided in a 2mL vial (20mg per mL multiplied by 2mL equals 40mg total), and a 60mg order comes in a 3mL vial (20mg per mL multiplied by 3mL equals 60mg total). I was with another tele pharmacy that was providing the trizepitide for me for 3 months. This company did not give me the quality and care that Valhalla does. I am finally see results and I am only on 7 week with Valhalla. I would recommend this to my friends and family. The only thing that can stop me from continuing my care at this time is being able to add the medication for my next round.
