I’ve been with Valhalla Vitality for over a year now with the goal of losing excess weight, repairing my metabolism and my overall health. Since I began my journey last June, I have lost 75 pounds, I sleep better and I am now able to carry out my resistance training work outs safely without injuring myself. In short, I feel like I am my old self again and I have my life back. I have recommended Valhalla Vitality to others who have had similar positive experiences.

Everything from the initial consultation to follow visits have been flawless. I had lots of questions and everyone has been very kind and patient with me which is greatly appreciated. I’ve been on medication for a year and happy with my experience!

I've been with Valhalla Vitality for a year with the primary goal of losing weight and improving my overall health. So far, I've lost 20 lbs (200 down to 180). While I was not extremely overweight, I had a very difficult time losing weight despite having a good diet and maintaining a good exercise regimen. With the help of GLP-1 + GIP weekly, I've been able to maintain my target weight. I really appreciate the wide range a therapy and supplement options available through Valhalla Vitality and will spend the next week working with their team to being building more muscle mass and improve my overall physical health.
