Impossible to speak to a human. Kaduceus Pharmacy is a total joke which is the pharmacy Valhalla Vitality chose to send the medication. The voicemail has been full for over a week so no way to speak with a pharmacist about the medication they sent. I have been on Tirzepatide before and this is either not Tirzepatide or they lied about the milligram. When I asked for my money back Valhalla has not responded.

Excellent experience so far! The nurse that I had a consultation with was very knowledgeable and helpful. Medications were filled and shipped quickly. Pricing is very good and straight forward as well.

My coach is wonderful. The product works. I have lost 5 pounds in the first week. Navigation on the portal is difficult but with excellent customer service support I was able to get what I needed.

Outside of few customer services issues going with Valhalla has been a life changing choice for me. My insurance will not pay for any of the meds and buying them directly is outrageous priced but the prices thru Valhalla were much affordable and they offer great discounts! I've been on Trizepatide thru them now over a year and I've lost 150 lbs so far. Life changing is an understatement; I haven't felt this good in I don't know when. I love the way it makes ,e feel!

I was referred to Valhalla by my brother, who had recently signed up and used tirzepatide to lose 30lbs. I signed up myself with a goal to lose 60lbs. The process was simple and painless,(except for the price tag). I bought the 75mg vial and though it was expensive, it was WELL WORTH the price as I lost 60 lbs with one vial, over a couple months time. I decided to lose an additional 20 lbs so I signed up for another round. This plan has been one of the best investments I’ve ever made.
