Scam, they take your money, no products

Michelle, for transparency, your order was placed over the weekend and the required medical intake was not completed, nor did we receive a response to clinical outreach. Valhalla Vitality is not a retail store—we are a wellness and telehealth platform that follows medically compliant care, which requires specific steps before any treatment can proceed. You opened a support ticket with only a screenshot of a bank transaction and no explanation, and did not respond when our team followed up to guide you through the required intake process. As no medical services were rendered, your payment was refunded in full. We take feedback seriously, but claims that this is a “scam” are inaccurate. Our platform requires patient participation to move forward, and we understand if this process is not the right fit for everyone.
Love the overall experience and service from Valhalla. Website experience leaves a little to be desired but overall a repeat customer.
