Amazing company. The people answer your phone calls, texts right away. No run around. The provider was attentive and supportive and gave me so much hope. The prices are affordable and the team there really wants you to succeed. I am grateful Sabrina called me and took the time to break down the prices and answer all my questions. The best experience so far.

I had a scheduled virtual consult on Wednesday, January 4 at 2 pm and Doctor didn't show up. I contacted them a few hours later and they apologized and said they would get back to me shortly meaning in the next hour or so. Never got back to me until the next day. Finally, had the consult on Friday and was able to place my order. Was told the whole process would take 5-7 business days to receive my prescription. It just seems like a very long time and no communication on where exactly the order is in the whole process. Also, just got an email after placing the order for $25 off any of their therapies in the month of January, This kinda sucks that I just missed out on that. Today is the 5th business day out of the 5-7 business days it takes for the entire order process and the only notification I got was to rate my experience with Valhalla Vitality, so this is what I'm doing.

I’m very sorry to hear that your provider was late for your appointment. Although, the coupon is on our homepage, and the email providing it is to just help you utilize it if you had forgotten to use it on your first order. We’re also very clear that the 5-7 days is the pharmacies typical processing time once we send the prescription, not the entire process or anything to do with our process at all. Our process is typically same day turnaround, although we have had a massive influx of clients that has caused a few days delay in provider consultations. We send all prescriptions the same day for anyone who has seen the provider. Your review sounds like it could’ve been a four star considering the only issue being a late provider before we helped you use a coupon that you forgot to use, and hooking you up with quick services on top of already inexpensive prices. That sounds absolutely sweet in comparison to the competition. Ie. The fact that just about everyone else is on two months back order right now. Thanks for your business, but this is the type of client we try to avoid. Our hard work and genuine care for our clients is not a one way street, and our prices prevent us from pretending like we do it for any reason other than to help people have access to life changing therapies. If you’d like to use another company, please do.
Valhalla has a friendly staff of healthcare professionals that are responsive and nice in setting up a new account. Their service is prompt and I received what I expected. So far I am very pleased.
