The referral codes don’t work

Hi Christina, sorry for the inconvenience that this might have caused. We were able to troubleshoot the issue and the referral points were given.
Got a call for consultation, basically sounded like someone reading from que cards/ script. No real dive into my medical history or reasoning why i was looking for therapy. At the end of consultation person said I would get email links to purchase therapies but I never got the links, basically got tired of waiting for the emailed links so I just went back to the site and ordered whatever I wanted. So what was the point of the consultation ?

We are sorry to hear that your consultation did not go well, we will definitely take your review into account for the betterment of our company. We are not sure why the provider mentioned we would send links to purchase your medication because that is not something we do. All of our customers are prompted to come to our site after their consultations to purchase their medications. The pharmacy where your prescription is sent to will then send you a link to track your order. We do not send any links out unless they are for advertisements so we apologize for the confusion. The purpose of the consultation is to advise and inform you as much as possible on the medication. And the reason for your consultation is determined beforehand. Our provider examines your medical intake and then brings up medical history concerns if provided. Our providers are medical professional not sales reps and will not push medications if inquiries are not made.
Doctor answered my questions and was thorough.

Initial chat inquiry was ok - they didn’t call when they said they would and chat was spotty. Initial consultation felt like it was just checking the box. No real medical feel to it so it made me question the validity of this. Went ahead and ordered. Meds came as expected and timely. Received meds from pharmacy within 10 days.
