I felt a little dumb in that I thought the cost I paid to valhalla was the cost of the prescription. So I was surprised when I had to spend more money on the RX. That said, it was still way cheaper than the RX my doctor sent. So all around worth it!!

I have not been updated on my order since I have placed it. It says complete, but it has not been shipped. For the amount of money spent it would be nice to have an order tracking to look at the status and now if it has shipped.

If you have not received order tracking it may be because the order has not been mailed yet. It can take up to 10 days to process.

Company has great product however very lacking in updates. I never received confirmation of when said product was shipping or arrival. Kind of odd in this day in age. Also this is not the first time this has happened. When placing the orders it does say will notify when shipped. You never know when item will show up. It could be any wear from a 1 to 3 weeks. Not ok when spending that kind of money!

We have no control over shipping times as it comes directly from the compounding pharmacy. Some products take longer than others.
Very friendly and easy to communicate with. They make everything as easy as possible from uploading records and the Telehealth appointment. The RX seem to be easy enough to fill and receive.
