I requested a refund because my dr was able to get me a trizepatide compound for cheaper than y’all. I canceled my order with yall but NEVER received verification or anything that it was canceled and never received a refund that I’m due! Will never recommend you to someone else.

Overall I am very pleased with the medications from Valhalla. My only complaint is that when I try and seek more detail on different formulations of something, and their respective benefits/downsides, I never get an answer, despite leaving messages.

After waiting for an almost $500 order from Valhalla, USPS lost my shipment. Upon notifying Valhalla, the told me to get with USPS for a refund. I believe this is bad for business, as I don't want a refund, I want a replacement.

I’ve been waiting on my medicine since November 5 the date of order. I got a text after I reached out for info on my order, there was a problem between order and pharmacy. Shortly after that I was offered a 15% discount on my next order but I was on auto ship and could not apply it to the order I was billed for once again. So I’ve been waiting mostly patiently for my medicine. I send a text and have to go through the automated responses and eventually what seems like a concerned response but I don’t really get any results. There needs to be more communication between the order and the pharmacy. If the order is approved it’s just up in the air until the order ships all over the country until you eventually get the medicine you paid for about a month prior. Once I get the medicine, four months worth that I haven’t received any of I will not be ordering anymore from here. My wife also spends a lot of money through Valhalla and she has been happy with the medicine but disappointed with the process as well as my sister in law. Valhalla has a great thing to offer but a not so good way of getting it done
