We are a small vacation rental…
We are a small vacation rental management company and have used VRP payment processing for many years. Things we love: communication on help tickets and support fighting chargebacks is great! Things we like: Payments are seamless and well documented. Good transparency - I can see every guest charge in the client portal. Things that could improve: payouts are coming a few days later than they used to, making monthly bank balancing more challenging. Fees have gone up. Guest refunds take so long that our customers get frustrated even though we set expectations that refunds take up to 14 working days. We are happy with the product and if I could give half stars this review would be 4.5 stars :)
