Absolutely frustrating company. Support gets back to you right away, but no issues are resolved. I have been with them for years and instead of admitting the fact that they do not have enough capacity, they just ignore you during high demand events, then check in weeks later to see if things are okay, without having changed anything. They charge as much as Netflix for major buffering and constant issues. Not recommended.
