It was very simple to reserve a unit on line. As soon as a reserved it, I received a phone call from customer service to see if I had any questions. I didn't get his name but he was very friendly and helpful. I did call back the next day with a question and spoke with Brenlee, she was excellent and very friendly.

I received a call right after I reserved on the Internet. I spoke with a lady and she was very professional and nice. I look forward to meeting her and move my boxes into a storage unit.
