Very Polite and Great Customer Service Service!!

I found the storage by using Google. Someone called me to touch base. Unfortunately my move was postponed and I needed to put off my move.i had no problem canceling my move. Everyone was very understanding and professional.

Facility looks very good and secure but I have some thoughts about the overhead security of the second floor units. Will see how things go after 6 months.

This is a very well run and professional operation. The place seems secure and is very clean and safe. The equipment all works. The professionals are friendly and competent. The only downside is that it's expensive. Its more expensive for these units than for a home, measured by the sq foot....Expect your total costs per month to be in the range of $4/day. Is that enough to turn me away? It seems high, but No. If that's what it costs, thats what I have to pay, because this is good storage.

Did not like the fact that the units that were advertised were not the units that were actually available.

The ladies in the office are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, patient and thorough. I was on a time constraint, it took longer than I expected, but I did ask a lot of questions. My only complaint: there isnt a way to communicate with the staff at the entrance gate. I didn’t have my cellphone with me, so I was unable to call the office, and held up the people trying to enter whom already have access codes. So when you go down for the first time, make sure u have a phone to call the office. Facilities seem clean, love the spacious rows plenty of room to pull/push trolleys, and both of the lifts in my building worked wonderfully. Great price and good location.
