The place is new so its really nice nice and clean. I love the climate control as well so your stuff won't start to smell weird or suffer changes from heat. Archie was awesome. Great initial presentation and instructions for use. Promptly responds to questions or issues. Lastly, I think the price is awesome for the facility and the customer service.

Haven't actually been to the unit yet but speaking to one of the ladies from the facility was very nice.

Although I didn't end up having to utilize their facilities as of yet, Jason who helped me with all my inquiries customer service was extremely outstanding as well as taking the time to show me around. Based on his mannerism and the cleaningness and organization of how the property is kept I'll definitely be referring and using the space myself really soon.

Loved the set up even though I'm on the 2nd floor. Love that I can park inside and right next to the entry door and the elevator is right there and they actually had dollies to use. I would highly recommend checking the facility out.

The online service was easy and efficient with discounts.

Reserving a unit took less than a minute, so easy, no credit card needed either. Will definitely use again!
