Hi Fernanda, We're sorry that your experience with USponsorMe didn’t meet your expectations. Your feedback matters, and we’d like to address a few of your concerns to bring clarity: 🔹 Manual Resume Review: Our resume review is conducted by a real human, not AI. We provide personalized feedback to help align your profile with visa-sponsored opportunities. 🔹 Pro vs Free Version: The Pro plan allows you to apply directly to curated jobs with visa sponsorship, receive custom resume services, and get direct recruiter contacts — which are not available on the Free version. 🔹 Job Matching: We exclusively publish visa sponsorship jobs, unlike general job boards. While we can’t guarantee a perfect match for every user, we strive to save you time by avoiding non-sponsoring companies altogether. 🔹 Platform Bugs: We take technical issues seriously. Our development team actively monitors and fixes bugs as they're reported. If you faced issues navigating the site, we’d appreciate specific details so we can investigate. We're committed to improving every day and helping international job seekers connect with real visa opportunities in the U.S. We’d love another chance to support you — feel free to reach out to us directly at [email protected]. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts. Warm regards, Sarah Papasodaro CEO – USponsorMe

Hi Anton, I'm sorry you did not find any jobs that are relevant to you on our platform. Upgrading does not mean you will get more opportunities. There are no hidden opportunities for free members. Free members have access to all of our opportunities, so they do not upgrade their account if we do not have opportunities for them. We currently have 500+ J1 advanced trainee opportunities in IT. After narrowing those down to your profile (system administrator / DevOps), we have 38 opportunities suitable for candidates like you with 12+ years of experience in system administration on our platform. I personally set your preferences in your account and also wrote you personally with the URL to those opportunities. We refund unsatisfied candidates or those for whom we do not have opportunities after manually verifying their eligibility. The $27 eligibility check is non-refundable after we have provided the service, as stipulated in our terms and conditions, which you accepted when you signed up on our platform. You already got your refund.

Hi Nana, I'm very sorry to read about your disappointment. We had a technical issue with our job posting system from February 19 to 26, and no new jobs were posted during this time. We are sorry for the inconvenience. The problem has been resolved since Feb 26, and everything runs normally. If we did not issue the refund to you, it's because you were not eligible for a refund as stipulated in our Terms & Conditions here: https://usponsorme.com/terms-and-conditions/. The reason can be either because you already consumed more products (resume reviews and eligibility check) than you've paid, or you passed your 14-day guarantee. To apologize for the inconvenience, we offer you access to our platform for 10 days for free to cover the technical issues period. Please contact us at [email protected] to claim your 10 days as free premium.

Hi Cynthia, I checked our database and can see you are not a premium active member with us. You must be a premium member to apply for our jobs and receive a job through our platform. Here are the jobs you might qualify for following your profile on file: https://app.usponsorme.com/job/search?visa=%5B%22H-2B%22%2C%22H-2A%22%5D I'd recommend you apply for the ones that do not require any experience. Contact us at [email protected] if you need help.

Hi Matthias, I'm sorry to read that you think we are a scam. All our jobs exist and are posted by hiring sponsor companies, and our jobs come with visa sponsorship available. We are experiencing an issue with expired jobs being removed from our platform; that may be what you mean. As a workaround for now, please filter on recent jobs (posted in the last 3 days or 7 days). We are actively working on this issue and think it will be fixed by early December. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. By the way, we haven't found any Matthias based in Germany in our client database. Please note that all our plans come with a satisfaction guarantee. If you need further assistance or want to request a refund, contact us at [email protected].

Hi "not telling", I'm sorry to read that you have not been happy to see that we offer visa sponsorship jobs as a service. We do not force anyone to take our service. if you are not interested, simply do not use our service. Our reviews are not fake (5-star or less). Reviews posted on Trustpilot and Google are vetted by the platform, here are our Google reviews: https://www.google.com/maps/place/USponsor+Me/@30.3409607,-97.7071217,17z/data=!3m1!5s0x8644ca2ea6efd031:0x143157e94a3bba1d!4m8!3m7!1s0x80c2a5f69be94383:0x2b5300fe9ba873d0!8m2!3d30.3409607!4d-97.7045468!9m1!1b1!16s%2Fg%2F11hzytp6j0?entry=ttu&g_ep=EgoyMDI0MTAyMy4wIKXMDSoASAFQAw%3D%3D I wish you all the best in your US job search

Hi Cesar, Unfortunately, we can't verify your eligibility without the information we ask for. Your profile is incomplete. Our team explained yesterday and 3 days ago when you purchased, that you need to add your job description to your experience. Without this information, we cannot proceed with your eligibility check. Our team responded to all your emails within 24 hours business days. Please check your spam. We couldn't proceed with your eligibility check due to a lack of information from you, so we refunded it fully. Your money is back in your account. Please check your emails to see the credit receipts.

Alex, I'm very sorry to read that you had a bad experience with your interview scheduling. I checked our database and noticed you are not a customer with us. As a free member, you had the privilege to be chosen by one of our employers for an interview. When you scheduled your interview, you personally chose the day and time slot for your interview. Our interview lasts 30 minutes, so it's 30 minutes to free up on your calendar. Your interview has not been canceled but rescheduled for Wednesday, 4 days later after your initial interview. When we requested to reschedule the interview with you, we gave you the reason, we proposed the new slot, and we gave you the possibility to accept it, refuse it, or reschedule it at your turn at a more convenient time for you. The rescheduling of your interview was not because a USponsorMe+ member took your timeslot, but because the employer had an emergency need. Please note the recruitment process in the USA may work differently than in your country. Due to short leave notice in the USA, the employer's needs can change very fast. Rescheduling can happen and this is out of our control. I'm very sorry if the reason for rescheduling was not clearly understandable. As a free member, you have the risk of seeing your interview with employers canceled as USponsorMe+ members have their interviews scheduled as a priority (before free members) in the employer's calendar. By conducting interviews, if the employer fills the position before the day of your interview, your interview will be canceled. We let our free members choose between securing the interview by becoming a USponsorMe+ member or taking the slot as a free member with a risk of cancelation. Transparency is very important to us, we will do our best to improve our communication regarding our terms and conditions regarding our interview schedule with employers, and rescheduling reasons. Please note US job search is not an easy task. We try to ease this process for our members by matching you with US employers. But still, you will have to invest some time in your project in any case if you want to make your US project happen. Please email us at [email protected] with any concerns you have so we sort out the matter with you. Sarah Papasodaro CEO
