Hi Abeer, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the errors in the translations and understand your frustration. Our translations go through a thorough revision process before delivery. However, despite these checks, errors can occasionally occur, and we regret that they were not identified in this case before the translations were sent to you. Once the issues were brought to our attention, our team reviewed them and provided corrected versions of the translations. We appreciate you taking the time to bring these concerns to our attention, as feedback like yours helps us continue improving our quality-control process and service. Hi Ezequiel, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. For context, your order was completed in accordance with the certified translation and notarization service purchased through our website. The documents were translated from English into Spanish, certified, and notarized as requested. Drafts were also provided for review before finalization, and we proceeded after receiving your approval. After delivery, you requested that the certificates of accuracy be provided in Spanish or bilingual format. This was not part of the original order submitted, and because the documents had already been notarized, they could not be altered without being notarized again. However, we did try to accommodate your request by offering to prepare the Spanish certificates at no additional charge, with only the required re-notarization fee applying. Regarding the notarization charges, your order included two separate document sets, and each certified translation required its own notarization. This was explained before the project proceeded. We regret that the outcome did not meet your expectations, but we believe the service was completed as ordered and in accordance with the service offered on our website. If you have any questions or would like further clarification, please do not hesitate to reach out. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue to improve. Hi Yuliana, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. As a translation company, we offer both certified and standard translation services. We strive to be transparent about the services we provide, and our website includes multiple pages detailing what each service entails, including the page where you placed your order. On the same page, in the FAQ titled “Do you offer notarized translations?”, we state that notarization is not included in our services. At no point during your order did we receive a request for notarization. Had we been informed, we would have clarified that notarized translations are not something we offer and would have gladly canceled your order and issued a full refund. That said, we regret if this wasn’t clear enough and will work on making this information even more noticeable in the future. We appreciate your feedback; it helps us improve. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to email us. We would be happy to help. The U.S. Language Services Team https://www.uslanguageservices.com/ [email protected]
