Mark has been exceptionally genuine and helpful—no-nonsense, straight-to-the-point advice—and will give you practical advice based on your situation. He is well aware of the US immigration system and the applicable visas available, and is an expert in E-2 and EB-5 visas. Very flexible and fully dedicated and committed to getting results.

I spoke to Mark few days ago and must say very professional, knowledgeable, He was very patient explained and answered all my questions to fullest and if that wasnit enough he also very kind rung my son and went through the whole process again. We retained D&A to structure an EB5 investment. The service has been first class with the firm leveraging their international presence to provide us with 24 hour service. The firm are also able to assist our investors with how to move their money from India to the US. D&A pointed out myriad errors in documentation provided by another law firm that was not compliant with Indian regulations.
