Fast and easy.

They misled me by running a Google ad that made me think I was on the official US government website. I paid the fee, but all they did was exactly what I ended up doing myself later on the official US government site. They didn't actually do anything! They just copied the entire form and sent it to me, acting as if they had provided some extra assistance. I still had to handle the scheduling and the US site entry process myself afterward. It made absolutely no difference, and they deceived me in the process. Do not buy from this site. I requested a refund; two days ago, they said an agent would get in touch to process it, but I’ve heard nothing since. I want my refund.

I couldn’t finish my application so I asked to cancel and you give my money back but you didn’t answer that
