Not transparent at all. Paid back the funds within 1 week and was stuck paying back an additional $5,000. This company is a scam and worthless to small business owners.

Hi Linda, I apologize for your experience. The product your company qualified for did not have a prepayment penalty but had a 5 percent discount off of the total payback if paid within 30 days. Please call in and ask to speak with management & customer service. We would be more than happy to help clarify any misunderstandings.
As always Phil goes the extra mile for us, could not recommend more. If you need funding, call Phil 1st
