Hello, I have a non profit 501 (c) (3) . We have been awarded a USFS RAC grant in Oregon. I am new to filing forms with the federal government. I also made a couple of mistakes. I accidentally followed the path of a non profit contractor. I also paid the fee of $599 . I contacted John Freed this morning ,he was very helpful and friendly.
