Last Update - I finally received a refund for my order plus an additional $200 compensation for my time. It took me two months to finally get it. If your having issues, posting reviews are the best way to get a response, especially from Alan. He would avoid my calls until my negative reviews were affecting his business.

I am very very satisfied with service

Ordered engine from them. Wrong engine arrived the first time along with broken parts. Called and they sent me another engine 2 weeks later which ended up being the wrong engine again. This guys WILL NOT help you in anyway to get a refund. They will continue to not return calls or voicemails. They will continue to send wrong items. I score them an F-.

Update to Kevins Response to my review below. Apparently , Kevin, you're either unaware or don't care what con Alan is pulling , you still have not refunded my account even though you now have possession of the engine, citing that your refund " button" is disabled unless I close my bank dispute for your FRAUD??? Your company has cost me time, money and frustration and it was only AFTER I opened disputes and complained to regulators and the bank that you wanted to pick up your junk engine under the pretense of giving a refund. Anyone having the same problems should contact FTC, Attorney General , BBB and open a bank dispute. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Finally got my money back

I was a bit skeptical at first, emailed back and forth with Denver, then spoke to him over the phone, Engine was delivered in a timely manner, we had 2 very minor issues, 1 a bolt was sheered off of a valve cover but i had one on my original engine, so easy fix, the other issue was a sensor had a different plug type, but again, easy fix since i had my old engine. The only complaint that i have is the core regarding shipping the old engine back, no information was provided, the core charge is minimal so i decided to keep the old one. Engine fired right up, lifter taps quieted down after a couple minutes and has been a fine engine for the last month. Thanks Denver, if i ever need another engine, i will call you.

The customer service from Oliver from Used Engines Inc. was excellent he kept me informed when my shipment had been delayed and answered all my calls promptly and kept me informed. When my shipment was delivered he even gall me a callback to make sure how the condition of the engine was satisfactory.
