Very great people to work with finding the exact motor I needed, a little aggressive on wanting me to purchase right away we did work through that quickly though

I was scammed and told I was receiving a motor that I didn’t end up receiving and without EGR that was specified to be there. I paid for a 6 month “return and replacement warranty” and couldn’t return the motor or get my money back after 35 days??? This company is a major scam. Elena Wilson is a scammer.

MY mechanic just received the motor yesterday, so I'm not able to give a review on the quality of the motor. However, the sales process, John Martin was the salesperson, has been exceptional. He worked closely with me as we looked over my options. After the sale was finalized, I was contacted by a shipping relationship manager, who communicated with me until the motor was received. I will provide a follow up review after the motor is installed.

06/19/2024 -- received an update from Ms.Wilson. She left a msg yesterday evening however I didn't know until after 10 pm. Please know that my review is not intended to be of a negative nature in any way. Thank you Ms. Wilson for your professionalism, and patience with me as a customer. As of today, She expressed that their priority is always customer satisfaction. The delay was due to the 1st engine not meeting their ( Used Engine US) standards and now have located good engine within their inventory. To prepare it for shipping they will need 3-5 Business day's. A $75.00 compensation will be issued to me once the delivery is completed. Today is 06/18/2024 -- 10 days and counting w/o an update on status of my engine. Ms. Wilson, the manager, is saying 24-48 hrs... again. Ms. Wilson has sent my case to higher up. She will not disclose who or what "higher up" is. Hopefully, "higher up" comes through in an update. I will continue to post a review daily. Engine ordered 06/04/2024 and as of 06/17/2024 I haven't received a tracking number. I was asked on 06/13/2024 to wait 24-48 hrs for tracking info from the shipping department--nothing! Sent an email 06/17, at 7:41 am eastern time requesting an update. Waited for a response until 4pm no response to my email. Phone contact person and was told again to wait w4-48 hrs. Today makes 9 working days!!!
