Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We genuinely understand how frustrating this experience has been, and we’re truly sorry to hear that your son’s vehicle is still not up and running. We never want our customers to feel stuck with a part that isn’t working for their needs, and your situation is certainly not what we aim for. To clarify, your order for the used engine was placed on February 17, 2025, and it was delivered to your chosen shop on or around March 12. As per our policy—shared at the time of purchase—Your engine comes with a 30-day warranty. Unfortunately, the issue regarding incorrect fitment was brought to our attention on May 14, which is approximately 60 days past delivery. We completely understand that delays at your shop were beyond your control. However, we strongly encourage all customers to have engines inspected upon delivery, precisely to catch issues like this early within the warranty window. This policy isn't meant to be restrictive but is necessary for us to operate sustainably as a business and serve all customers fairly. That said, we are not turning our backs on you. While this situation falls outside the official warranty period, we still want to work with you. If you are facing any functional issues with the current engine, or if you're looking for an alternative option, we’re more than willing to offer you a discounted replacement and do what we can to make this right in a way that’s still fair on both sides. We hope you can understand our position and that we’re doing our best to be supportive despite the time lapse. Please don’t hesitate to contact our support team directly at 1-800-518-9776 so we can explore the next steps together.

Thank you for your feedback — We'd like to clarify that we operate two separate platforms to serve our customers' needs more efficiently: usedengines-transmissions.com is our online store, where many of our products are listed with detailed information and direct purchasing options. usedengines.us is designed to provide personalized quotes and one-on-one support from our experienced sales advisors. This approach allows us to ensure compatibility and provide accurate pricing based on your specific vehicle details. We are continuously working to improve both our website experience and customer service. If you have any suggestions or would like to further discuss your concerns, please feel free to call us at 1-800-518-9776 or email us at [email protected]. We’re always open to constructive input and hope to provide a better experience in the future.
