USB Phone WorldReviews of usbphoneworld.com

I enjoyed the experience in dealing with the phone salesperson when I ordered my product, He was courteous and helpful in getting me the right product and looking up prior orders. I would tell anyone that USB is the right company to do business with on the internet. Got me all discounts that were available at the time and fast shipping, couldn't ask for more

Shipping was fast. The battery I bought is a 9 cell vs the 6 cell I've had for 3 years now, however, the battery still has to be charged after only 3-4 hrs. I was expecting longer life from the larger cell, but at least it charges quicker than my old battery.

One minor glitch ,not supplier's fault. The battery was slightly oversize but I was able to force it into the compartment, It won't latch but isn't going anywhere with the very tight fit. Thank you for the super service! Rod Manns

thanks for your fast shipping, product works great

A great experience from beginning to end. Quality products. Fast shipping. Reliable. Would, and WILL, use again.

Was looking for new battery when mine was close to dying. It still get over heated at times so I am wondering a few things about the quality of the battery.

I was happy with the prompt and great service the savings was a plus.

I ordered a power cord for my lap top it don't barge it all the way. An it will act like I unplugged it an I haven't touched it. I know it's the cord bc I can use my moms acer brand cord an it doesn't do it an fully charges it........... ****update*** But bringing this up, they offered me a new cord an before I could respond (and they gave me time I'm just busy) they done issued me a refund an wanted to correct this matter! So if your not satisfied they will make it right with you! Thanks Steve!!
