I personally really liked their customer service and placing order, lady I spoke with was very pleasant to speak with also surprisingly they were opened till midnight. What really made leave a 3 star review was the process of order which took about a week which seem awfully long. Also shipping, close to a month to receive order even with expedited shipping that was separately paid. Did receive order this week and order was as speficied and came in good working order.

The product was exactly as described. The amount of ti.e it took, more than two months to receive the product due to delays, in addition to shipping costing as much as the product igsrlf makes it a not so great experince.

The product shows a picture of overflow cover included, but I did not get the part, so I emailed customer service and they said that it does not come with even though it said it did. Plus my order took longer than the 10 days I called and they were having issues with ordering. I did finally get it nearly 10 days later. I am happy with the part I did get.

There was a great selection, however the search function on the website was clunky. I was trying to find a drain for a shower base, and I got 1700 results but no drain assembly. Also, I ordered a product, only to find after payment that the product was on back order without a ship date. After cancelling that part of the order, it was quite a while, and after prompting from me, that I got any confirmation that the order cancelled and my credit card was refunded. Good product selection, price, and delivery on the lavatory sink which was in stock.

The vanity is beautiful but I ordered a white top, I received a marble top. Not what I wanted. It was too late to refuse and get the right top for the time of my remodel. I hope for future they re assess the orders and send the correct merchandise the customer ordered especially for the price. Otherwise the vanity is exactly what I wanted and expected in quality.

Solidly 3 stars. Best price for the product I purchased. Polite service members. 3 months to ship the item, when they initially estimated 10 days. No service support for the item itself, which came with all kinds of problems that are the fault of the manufacturer, not this team. So yeah, I regret the experience but about half of that is definitely not their fault, so solid 3 stars.

The experience wasn't great. The order took much longer to ship than expected. I contacted customer service about a discount code at least twice and never heard back from them. And the instructions that came with the unit were terrible. The unit itself works and looks decent though.

Directions - Very poorly done, Schematics do not show all connections.
