Do not trust them. They bill your credit card. Send you some phony email that the product is delayed or out of stock. No ability to reach by phone. no one ever returns messages. Will not respond to emails.

Still have not received the return label requested over a week ago

I ordered bathroom cabinets. Financing was arranged through them with Bread financial. Cabinets could not be delivered I canceled the order. I've learned that Bread paid US bath. Us bath refuses to pay Bread back. Bread expects me to pay them. It appears to be a scam.

The order took a long time to ship and it was extremely difficult to get ahold of anyone on the phone.

Ordered a mirror. And after months of "it will be there soon" and "We can send you a different mirror" They canceled my order. Still no refund.

Products on this website are far more expensive than the exact same products on other sites. I also waited 2 months for a vanity, mirror and shower system to be delivered and then at the last minute they cancelled and refunded my order with no explanation. Terrible communication the entire time.
