After repeatedly sending messages and emails and even one phone call to the USA, I am no longer within my 15 day return period because they still have not given me the return address so that I can post the wrong floor mats back to them. I am going my bank will be able to get the money back from them. I will never ever recommend this company for anything. The floor mats and seat covers are made in China so I think I will be going straight to Temu next time. Appalling customer service. No star review from me

They sent the wrong colour floor mats, i have emailed to return them as they have a 15 day only return window and i have been emailing them for 5 days already requesting the return address, they asked for a pictire pof the label, which i have sent 5 times, the proof of purchase and the correct colour in a screen shot and they keep asking for the same thing.. i just want my money back now i am over all the bullshit, their customer service sucks .. damn chinese made crap.

i recently purchased a cover for steering wheel from USASeatCover.com, it took over a month to arrived, an unbelievable long time! I then decided to try new seat covers from USA Seat Cover one more time, this time the order came pretty quick and the quality seemed to be good. However, there was no instruction sheets included in the order! With some plastic dics and metal clips as accessories, i didn't know how to use them, so i wrote to them. First, they sent over a video and told me to follow the video for installation method! That didn't help at all! Then i wrote a detail email to them with all the questions i had. They wrote back and insisted that i need to send them photos or videos to explain my problems! I DID THAT TOO! Then they replied with answers in a written form! Still no instruction on how to use the accessories with the installation! Then they removed my access to view that video again, basically, they BLOCKED it. I agreed with one of the customers here, while the products look and feel good, but the customer service is horrible! IF ANYONE IS PLANNING TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANT, MY ADVICE TO YOU IS: DON'T!

Back seat center panel was the wrong size. They offered a 20% discount and told me the manufacturer said it is the right size even though I sent them pics showing it was way to small..I will never buy from them again.

If i could give a 0 I would! orders a steering wheel cover, first shipment was lost somehow at a month shipping. second shipment is at a month now and still hasn't gotten here!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! Tehy are not in the USA. It all ships from China and only thing they refund is 10%!!! Horrible experience especially paying 45 bucks for a steering wheel cover! Not worth the buy!!!

"Lennox Full-enclosed LEATHER floor mats" They are NOT leather, and nowhere on their website does it state vegan leather. Arrived folded/crushed in a vacuum package. Poor quality, wrinkled/creased, totally different than the photos on their webpage. Refund denied.

So I got steering wheel covers for my jeep. The product is actually decently made other than a little slick but nice fit. My problem is grab is ordered white. It came white with gray reflective kind of sparkle bullshit. If I was a girl great, but men don't want that. They wouldn't accept my return. In the description it said nothing about sparkles..

I received my mats for my Honda pilot. They’re extremely thin. They do not cover all the cloth. The floor mat covers that it said it would cover. It doesn’t reach up to the sides of the door. I see no pockets on that. It shows to have where you put your cell phones. The only thing that’s right on this is the color everything else that it showed in the picture that you could buy is not on them. It’s poor poor poor Work I will never buy from you again. I suggest no one else buys from you.
