We had an issue with the spelling on a jacket, but they sent us another one with correct stitching. Although they charged us a shipping fee to send us another jacket (for the mistake they made), they were very responsive to our emails and concerns.

USA Leather Jackets was amazing to do business with! Even though it takes some time to receive an order, they are very responsive to inquiries and requests. Cheaply made products and horrible customer service. They say easy 30 day refunds and exchanges but that is very false.

Once I received my product it did not fit. However, i contacted customer service and within a day I received a response. On total a week or 2 I had a jacket that was of good quality and fitted my husband perfectly. Thank you for your quick response and friendly service.
