From the first phone call to the time I was able to throw the switch on for producing my own power my experience with Revolution Solar was great, talking with the people getting the job moving foward to the crew that came out and installed the system was fantastic

Every person we interacted with from Revolution Solar was eager to help us. Unfortunately, we were stuck for weeks trying to track down a virtual copy of the final approved electrical permit from them for our utility company. Once we finally talked to John, the problem was quickly solved.

We sincerely apologize for the problem involved in the final stages of your project. We also appreciate the feedback and we will use it to get better. We are still very glad to have helped you get set up with solar.
Great communication. They walked me through the entire process and made it simple. They answered all my questions and kept me updated. When I had questions they were easy to contact. It was a pleasure upgrading to solar.

Started out a little rough and communication was off but things quickly got back on track. Scheduling was a challenge but could have been the holidays that caused delays. There was great effort from corpate office staff and my project manager. Glad its done and ready to see what this solar program will do for us in the future.

Sohik from Quality Assurance Retention is amazing! I had a situation where I needed to cancel my installation because I am moving out of state for a new job. She worked hard to help get the loan closed with no obligation from me. I greatly appreciate her attention and understanding to my situation and going to bat for me. I hope that USA Clean Energy and Revolution Solar understand what a good job Sohik does an a daily basis for their customers. She is polite, understanding, knowledgable and truly cares about the customers experience. If I am in a position to consider solar again, I will definetly choose this company, and Sohik because I doubt I would receive such great customer service anywhere else.

Company was great to work with!! They did everything they said they would do. Also the inspector from our power company said that the installers did everything right and he never sees that.
