Super easy process from the first phone call regarding interest and explaining the process to the inspections of the final product. Revolution solar also was ahead of schedule since they originally stated it would be completed mid March. Friendly customer service all around. Also great incentives to go with their company. Highly recommend to friends and family.

Great Sales, Service, and Installation!!! Our first contact was Collin, who my wife and I had an excellent conversation with. Installation was completed about 3 weeks later when my son was the only one home. I just came home from work to find our new solar panels installed. Now we're waiting on the power company, which is definitely the rate-limiting step of the process. We'd definitely work with Revolution Solar again.

Easy process entirely from emails and few conversations, to system being installed. All personal were easy to understand and spoke English! System had two micro inverters and one panel that needed replaced and that was taken care off in a timely manner. I am sure if the electric company would have conducted their inspection faster, the panel installation team would have corrected the bad panel out of the box on the initial install and I would have never even noticed. With that being said, I can rest assured revolutionary solar customer service will take care of my system in the future. Michigan Snow and overcast days my system is still producing.

Started out ok, now nearly three months in and still do not have a finished solar installation. Today they said it would be at least another three weeks. Remarkably poor communication across the company. One person will tell you they've noted something and will have someone reach out then when you call back and get someone else, they've never heard of your previous call. I've worked with Zach, Chris(I think), Sohik, Aspen, (someone else whose name starts with an A), Kimberly, Melanie, Jaylin, the installation folks, and the site inspector. I've had to call sales to get responses after days of no response. First site inspector brought a six foot ladder and his cell phone, no tape measure, no ladder tall enough to reach the roof. First agreed upon contract was sent back and could not be fulfilled because the sales people promise things before it goes to design or through an engineer. After that you cannot cancel without giving them 15% of the contract even if they cannot provide the agreed upon terms because their "alternative options cover their legal end". Currently the solar is mostly installed but they didn't bring all of the parts. Installers said someone would reach out to me, they didn't. A week went by and now I've been told they will need to schedule a service call and those "are scheduled for when the installers will be in your area again for another installation". I have many more examples through this particularly bad experience. They are not transparent. They do not price anything relative, it's all a game of multipliers. Avoid this(these, because they obfuscate their name through multiple companies) company, find someone local. ETA: The company did reach out to offer $1500 to ease the annoyance and update me that they've been able to schedule the "service call" to finish the installation next week. I do appreciate the communication but I feel like it only happened because of the public reviews. This expedited "service call" is surprising because the phone call I had yesterday was in direct conflict of this; informing me that there wasn't any timeline available and they would "know more" next week, when they said they would reach out again. I continue to feel that I could never recommend this company.
