Took over a year to get installed, no support wouldn't reply. Finally got the system working to find out it is installed incorrectly and I have to pay for the repairs because they are out of business in my area.

Rather have Covid 19 than deal with revolution. Revolution solar refuses to finish their job or answer my phone calls

It seems I am fortunate to have a functioning system, but we have struggled to get there. We had our panels installed in December, we're told we would be given a new thermostat and bulbs to improve efficiency which was never mentioned again after the high pressure sales call. Now I have a couple panels that are have never worked and have tried reaching out to several places by email and phone with no response. We ended up having to turn out own system on after some time working with our power company. I feel like I spent way too much on this system that was supposed to have a 30 year guarantee, and it doesn't seem to have any guarantee at all.

Revolution solar kept us updated for the entire process and were easy to contact for any questions. The installation was done in a few days and their technician walked us through the solar mobile application.

If I could give zero stars I would. It went from high pressure sales call, and a need to sign the paperwork THAT DAY!! To tremendous pressure to move ahead as fast as possible, to no contact at all, within 30 days. I have heard nothing in three months, and all emails are either being bounced back or dead ends. All phone numbers are disconnected. I've reached out to some local people who did the inspection of my roof to check to see if I needed a new one, and they told me that the company shut down here in Washington. I have heard nothing from them about that. I have signed loan documents, but no panels, and very little information on the loan itself to be able to close it out. Company is also doing business under USA Clean Energy Association.

Install, hookup, and use at first was great. Then my garage lights started messing up unlike anything before. Tried to get ahold of them but it's been no answer and no communication since.

What a nightmare. We signed up in September 2023. Panels were installed middle of November. They were supposed to come back to finish the hook up to the house but we’re still waiting. After repeatedly asking when it would be finished they stopped answering my calls and text messages. It is mid April 2024 now and we still haven’t heard anything about finishing our project. But get this….TWICE now they’ve tried to get us to sign off on the loan even though they haven’t finished!!! First by phone and second by email asking us to sign off. I’d take the panels off my roof and be done with this mess if I thought it wouldn’t damage my roof. Now I’m stuck with them.
