Revolution Solar Install Experience

Follow up as of today 08/01/23, my solar has yet to be powered on. My solar project did not pass the inspection because of a plumbing update needed and an install issue. I was given less than 24 hour notice that the city inspector was coming (thank goodness I was able to rearrange my day), and when he showed there were a couple of issues. The person from Revolution let me know he was going out of town but could have another person move forward with the job in his absence. I have not heard a thing since. While I wait, the loan to my solar started as of the install date and I have not benefitted from any of it. I was also informed they would provide money for tree trimming to assure full sun for the solar panels. What was later explained is that I have to hire and pay for the trimming, which I cannot afford, and they would reimburse me later. I'm a bit frustrated at this point. My hope is that the company will fulfill everything that we agreed upon in a timely manner, so that both Revolution and I can benefit from the partnership. I will continue to post the positives and negatives as this project continues to move forward. At this time, I would pause before considering jumping into a solar project with this company. My experience with Revolution Solar has so far been terrific. Every time I have a question, and I have had a lot of questions, I have gotten an answer or been directed to someone who can help. The guys who came to install were professional, cleaned up after themselves, and were helpful through the process. I would recommend this company for their customer service for sure.
