L'Occitane en ProvenceReviews of usa.loccitane.com

DO NOT BELIEVE ESTIMATED ARRIVAL DATES. Product ordered June 4 with estimated arrival of June 8. On June 9, order was still "processing." Called to find out issue, was told standard shipping was 3-10 business days and to please hold while they checked. While on hold, status was updated to "shipped." FedEx tracking showed "label created" on June 9. On June 12, FedEx still showed "label created" with no further activity. Called L'occitanne and they said nothing could be done until June 23 because they have 3-10 business days for shipping. On June 16, FedEx still showed "label created" with no further action. Called L'occitanne again and was told about 3-10 business day window and that nothing could be done until June 23. So, they can take as long as they want to process the order, then blame FedEx when it isn't delivered. Just because a label is created, doesn't mean the product was made available for FedEx to pick up and make delivery. L'occitanne's charge went through on my credit card on June 10. They have my money and I am told to wait patiently. Their customer service reps are rude, condescending and will outright lie.

Discount code didn’t work and product I was looking at became completely unlisted by the time CS responded. Really disappointed and upset over this experience

Customer service is terrible. They aren't willing to help you at all and their return policy is horrible even then they are at fault.
