My son loves the car so much. He didn’t even want to get out. Easy to put together but some of the parts will come out off if you pull them to readjust the car

We received our ride on car and had issues with it from the start. It ran for 10 minutes and after that, nothing, it completely died. Tested the battery and it was reading fully charged. Corresponded several times with support and tried different things but nothing worked. Tobbi is sending us a new car. I can't say much about the replacement car yet but I can say that Tobbi's customer service and tech support has been nothing but amazing.

Not a fan of the assembly instructions for the ride on cars I purchased but besides that, cars are great.

The Jerp came on time. I had an issue with one of the lights in the back but they resolved it for me. Customer Service ended up being very good.

Dear Customer, Thanks for your comment,as there may be some resistance to running the product on carpet, we recommend it is best for flat floors or safe outdoor road use.
We were happy with our purchase, however, no remote control was received as advertised.

Dear Customer, We are very sorry for the misunderstanding. In fact, the product you purchased does not have a remote control. Our store has a variety of strollers to meet the needs of different customers, some with remote control, and some without, you may see other products. We will give feedback on this product to our R&D department and hope to provide you with products that are more in line with customer demands in the future.
