There is always room to improvement. Probably more options in destination. More offers in the price. Maybe at certain time and day that you just know to have very special price in the airfare. Other than that I always had a pleasant experience when I buy in Despegar.

Overall everything was right except that at the check out I was not able to change the method of payment.

TRANSPARENCY PLEASE! Why hide extra fees, just include all, taxes, resort fees, etc. Do not make the user have to read all the fine print to find additional fees, easy as listing price, taxes, and additional resort fees, and finally indicate grand total.
