Downlaod very slow in Europe. I hope call of duty move back to steam. Never had problems on steam!! Battle net got a little bit bether. The Cheater in the games are currently a real problem. Maybe solve that issue.

Blizzard support takes very long to answer. I got my account suspended fro no reason and they haven't answer me in 5 days.

Seems like they devote more time to making their website run than fixing broken game mechanics, or balancing games. Maybe i'm salty, maybe i'm just fed up.

Well, where to start? I have an account which I rarely log in to. At first I tried to log-in using my password - which I seemed to have forgotten since my account got locked out for too many failed tries. Fair enough... Therefore I initiated the process of resetting my password, entered the absurd amount of checks and text boxes to which I needed to answer a secret answer - answered correctly and got to the part where I could enter a new password. Entered my new password and tried to log-in again only to be shown the message "ACCOUNT LOCKED OUT DUE TO SUSPICIOUS ACTIONS"... I just reset the password, what the heck? Alright, fine I ran through the long process of resetting my password once again and was finally able to log in. But that process took 14 minutes. And I fully understand that security is a high priority for Blizzard - but at least don't lock the account after just resetting the password, it's just silly and not to mention the captcha's EVERYWHERE.... :) Whenever you log in from a new location your account automatically gets locked, lets say you go to a LAN party with friends and decides to play a Blizz game your account WILL be locked and you have to reset.
