I would not recommend Arlo wireless camera's, you need to spend more money to be able to record thru their app, camera's lose connection all the time and will not reconnect till after a unusually long wait or not at all, take my advice and don't waste your money like I did

Very bad experience. To get the recording of the security video you have to subscribe to a plan. Ridiculous.

Arlo cameras break, and when they do, there’s no offer to replace or help, they just try to sell you the new model like their life depends on it. I don’t want a new one, I want the one I already paid so much for to work and not come apart for no reason. For now I superglued it back together but DO NOT waste your money on Arlo. Get Ring.

Don't buy it. Crappy cams and batteries break fast. Absolutely no customer care. I got a discount offer for 40% off for subscriptions more than 10 times but when I press yes it goes to full price. Impossible to get hold of anyone. Both my first tp link a few days ago and looks good. Lot cheaper to buy and to use. I'm going to burn my 5 overpriced alsos on a big fire and pray for arlo to go bankrupt.

¡DO NOT BUY THIS CAMERA!! This product is advertised as a *"No WiFi Needed"* camera, which is completely misleading and false. After installation, the camera only works for 7 days under a so-called "free trial." After those 7 days, you are forced to subscribe to an extremely expensive weekly, monthly, or yearly plan in order to continue using it. This critical information is *NOT disclosed before the purchase.* This is a deceptive and fraudulent business practice. The buyer is led to believe they are purchasing a one-time, self-sufficient product, when in reality they are being trapped into a costly, ongoing subscription. *DO NOT BUY THIS CAMERA.
