If you’re checking this review site, it’s because you, like I, have been caught out by their very official looking website. This company acts as a middle man it would appear, charging 3 times what an ESTA would cost on the official site. The only reason I gave two stars and not one was because when I contacted them within minutes of my application they refunded my card immediately. I’m just concerned about my most personal information being out there with a random company now. Google need to do better as a company and stop allowing companies to pay to be to the hot hit.

PAGAS 5 VECES MÁS LA SOLICITUD EN LA PÁGINA OFICIAL SOLO CUESTA 20 EUROS. Usinmigrationsuport confunde al usuario posicionándose al principio de la búsqueda al estar patrocinada mediante pago; es un cebo usando colores e imágenes similares a la de la página oficial. De esta manera el usuario cree estar en la página correcta del gobierno, cuando en realidad es un ardid por el que te cobrarán 5 veces más ( de US$119.99 a US$209.99) de su costo real que es de US$21. Cuando te das cuenta del error, y quieres solicitar la devolución, los TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES que se debería haber leído antes hacen que desistas y reces porque al menos la solicitud se procese en condiciones aunque el engaño te cueste 90 euros. No entiendo cómo no está regulado este tema. A favor, que la gestión se ha realizado muy rápido; en unas horas tenía en mano el documento. Lo recomendaría si tuviera un precio razonable y no tan excesivo.

The website is listed as first by Google (sponsored) and I naively thought it was the official one. I was charged 139£ and I got my ESTA in only a few hours. I told them that I had used their website by mistake and asked for a refund. They only took 21£. DARE TO ASK! The website clearly states that they are "NOT affiliated with any United States governmental agency" but I somehow missed this. I felt scammed even if the ESTA is legit. I would have preferred not to share my personal data with them.

I thought this was the official site, missed the line, this is operated by a US law firm, paid a fee of £97 each I spoke to a friend who told me that the process was by a US government app. I tried to halt the payment, but having read these reviews I E mailed and they cancelled the transaction, so I got my money back. Which I am really pleased about, the official app is quicker and simpler and cost $21

Pas op! Ik betaalde 121 USD voordat ik er erg in had. Een Esta aanvraag kost ongeveer € 25... Nergens te zien dat ik bij een commerciële partij zat. Ik dacht dat ik op de overheidswebsite zat. Heb mijn aanvraag gecancelled. Ben benieuwd... Inmiddels bericht van organisatie: aanvraag is geannuleerd en reservering op credit card ongedaan gemaakt. Netjes!
