I've been wearing custom orthotics for over 10 years. I usually paid for them out of pocket at my podiatrist as they were not covered by my insurance. When my last pair were shot I went back to my podiatrist and they were no longer providing the service, even to out of pocket payers. I researched online options and I kept seeing Bilt Labs being recommended. I tried their sizing kit, and it was the same experience as the podiatrist. Plus I was able to work with Laura for 3/4 size insole options, as well as resizing work. Things I was never able to get done easily at my podiatrist. From now on I am a Bilt Labs customer!

I have purchased several orthotics from Bilt Labs. Their product and services are great. Recently, I ordered two pairs of insoles and Laura from customer service ensured the product ordered matched my previous insole dimensions.
