I placed two orders (different order #'s) for Office 2024, one for my desktop and the other for my laptop. The laptop license is installed and working. When I install the license key for my desktop, I receive a notification that the license is not valid. I emailed the company multiple times, describing the problem and requesting the telephone authorization code, to no avail. Tech support is non-existant. I get an email stating that they will get to me eventually, and when they do respond a week later, it's obvious my emails have not been read. I have finally lost patience, canceled the order and stopped payment.
